# **ITS** **Services**

Below is a description of the service types and a list of our Catalog services. Peruse the listing below to learn more about services you already know, discover services you didn’t know about, or simply gain a better understanding of what ITS does for you!

## ITS Provides Three Distinct Service Types for Cal Poly

## **Catalog**

Catalog services are offered to all customers campus-wide. They are ITS-supported and can be utilized by you when needed. ITS provides support for over 50 Catalog services.  
  
  
**Catalog service examples:**

-   Email
    
-   Calendar
    
-   AdobeSign
    
-   Phones, and more

## **Partner**

Partner services are department or division specific applications that have shared ownership between ITS and the department that owns them. The department is the subject matter expert, and ITS provides integration with campus infrastructure. ITS assists with approximately 150 Partner services.

-   Document Imaging
    
-   PeopleSoft
    
-   Alarms
    
-   Energy Management

## **Support**

Support services are provided ‘behind the scenes’ by ITS to support the Cal Poly technology environment. Customers don’t directly access the systems, but they are necessary for daily computing. ITS has nearly 100 support services.
