Contract Tech Services (SLA)

Campus organizations can contract with ITS to provide technical support for desktops and workstations. Support of computer labs, kiosks and shared machines is also available. There are three tiers of support–bronze, silver and gold–allowing the customer to select the right service to suit their needs.

Departments that do not have an SLA with ITS usually employ a local tech support professional or Campus Information Technology Coordinator (CITC).
