Imaging, Patching & Updates

ITS provides a set of tools and processes for standardized deployment of computer images for Mac and PC. The standard images are a base build covering typical Cal Poly use-cases and initial security at the time of imaging. Additionally, JAMF Self-Service for Mac or Software Center for PC can be utilized for ongoing updates and patching of the operating system as well as software deployments and updates.

Cost

Access to the tools required for imaging, patching and updates is only available to campus technical support staff upon request. Customers who require imaging support should contact their technical support team for assistance.      Made possible through Cal Poly funds, no additional charges.
