Please note that the PolyCard process has changed, due to the current closure of the Service Desk. Verification of identity for PolyCards now takes place via Zoom with one of our staff members. Learn more about getting a PolyCard.

All Cal Poly community members are issued a PolyCard, or campus identification card. Each PolyCard is tied to a Campus Express account, which can be used like a debit card to purchase food, printing and other supplies on campus. If a student has a dining plan, they can use their PolyCard to purchase meals at campus dining locations. A PolyCard also allows students to access resources at Robert E. Kennedy Library and the Health Center. Students, faculty and staff can ride SLO transit for free by showing their PolyCard.
