Save and use dashboard customization to access specific filter criteria quickly.

1. Go to [PolyData Dashboards](https://analytics.calpoly.edu/ui/analytics).
2. Go to the prompt and [filter your data](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/1137115146).
3. Click the **Apply** button.
4. From the top right corner of the dashboard, click the **Gear** icon > **Save Current Customization**.
  
5. Enter a **Name** for the customization, adjust any settings, and click the **Ok** button.
  
6. To use the saved customization, click the **Gear** icon > **Apply Saved Customization** and select the customization you would like to use.
