This option is suitable for office phones and landlines, or mobile phones run Duo Mobile.

### Use Phone Call:

1. Log in to the [My Cal Poly](https://myportal.calpoly.edu/) portal or a Cal Poly application *that is MFA/Duo-enabled*.
2. When you are prompted to authenticate, select **Phone call**.
3. Click the **Call Phone** button.  
*You might have to click on ****Other options**** first to see the screen with the Phone Call option.*
4. Answer the phone call from Duo and follow the voice instructions to log in to the application.

### Use Duo Mobile Passcode:

1. Log in to the [My Cal Poly](https://myportal.calpoly.edu/) portal or a Cal Poly application *that is MFA/Duo-enabled*.
2. When you are prompted to authenticate, select **Duo Mobile passcode**.   
*You might have to click on ****Other options**** first to see the screen with the Duo mobile passcode option.*
3. Type the **Passcode**, then click the **Verify **button.
