## Problem

"I can't connect to eduroam on my Android after trying to sign in with my Cal Poly email address and password." 

## Solution

Follow the instructions below to remove networks, certificates, and profiles, then connect to wireless.

### Step 1 - Forget eduroam Wifi on the Android device

1. Go to **Wi-Fi** settings.
2. Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on, then tap **Wi-Fi**.
3. Press and hold on **eduroam** and tap **Forget**.   
*Repeat this step for Cal Poly Guest, and WiFi Setup, if applicable.*
