## Problem

"I changed my password on my iOS device and now I'm not receiving email."

## Solution

You will need to remove your Cal Poly account from the Mail app, then re-add it.

1. Go to **Settings **> **Mail **>** Accounts** > tap on your Cal Poly account.
2. From the bottom of the screen, tap **Delete Account**.
3. When prompted, tap** Delete from My iPhone**.
4. Lastly, you will need to re-add your mail account. See [Set up Outlook](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/2424968) under **iOS.**
