Starting 8/11/22, the Chancellor's Office (CO) will require a specific VPN portal address (coappsvpn.calstate.edu) to access data collection and reporting applications. Staff using the affected applications may follow the steps below to install/configure and reconnect their VPN client.

> ℹ️ - Academic Planning Database (APDB)
> ℹ️ - Enrollment Reporting System (ERS)
> ℹ️ - Cash Management Operations (CMO)
> ℹ️ - Employee Salary Projection System (ESP)
> ℹ️ - Financial Information Record Management System (FIRMS)
> ℹ️ - Grievance and Arbitration (GRARB)
> ℹ️ - Academic Calendar Database (ACAL)
> ℹ️ - Space and Facilities Planning Database (SFDB)

### VPN Configuration steps:

1. Install the [Global Protect VPN client.](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/2425047)
2. Configure/Add the Chancellor's Office VPN portal address (coappsvpn.calstate.edu) in the installed client settings. *Follow the detailed instructions below to configure your specific device.*

### MacOS Configuration

### Windows Configuration

### **Once the configuration is complete, you are ready to re-connect to VPN:**

In order to connect to the Chancellor's Office Global Protect portal, it may be necessary to first disconnect from the Cal Poly Global Protect VPN portal (if connected).

1. **Disconnect** from the Cal Poly Global Protect VPN portal (if connected)
2. Using the Portal selection list, choose the option for **coappsvpn.calstate.edu**
3. Click **Connect** on the Global Protect client.
