To apply for this license:
1. Log in to the **Cal Poly portal**. 2. Choose **Tech Support.** 3. On this page, choose →**Submit a Request for Tech Support→ **then choose **General Help**. 4. Type **Retiree/Emeritus Software License Request** in the summary box. 5. The following information should be entered in the description box: **- Retiree Name** **- Email address** **- Software title that is being requested** **- Department/ Unit Sponso**r (Chair or appropriate contact) – employee you are working with - **Any other relevant information.** 6.
