Do you need to print something on campus? Cal Poly offers several different options to fit your needs.

## Personal Printers

While students, faculty, and staff are permitted to use personal printers on campus, campus Wi-Fi and ethernet unfortunately do not support these devices.

The following methods are recommended for connecting to personal printers on campus:

**USB cable**: use a USB cable compatible with your specific printer for a wired connection.

**Bluetooth**: if your specific printer is equipped with Bluetooth, connect it to your device for wireless printing that does not require an Internet connection.

**Wi-Fi Direct:** is a wireless printing option that does not require an Internet connection. It is a 1-to-1 connection and does not support multiple devices connecting to the printer. For more information, visit the vendor website for your specific device.
