## Problem

"My recently encrypted computer is locked" or "I can no longer save files to my external/USB drive."

## Solutions

Here are some commonly reported issues if your hard drive was recently encrypted with solutions below... 

- Your computer may lock to a different screen requiring a long passcode to decrypt the device.
- Your External/USB drive asks for you to encrypt them before you can write files to them.
