### **Compose a New Email**

1. Open Microsoft Outlook and navigate to the Home tab.
2. Click **“New Mail”** in the top left corner to compose a new email.

### **Attach Files to the Email**

1. Click on **“Attach File”** (paperclip icon) in the toolbar to choose which type of attachment you’d like to send.
2. Choose the attachment type you need from the options presented.
3. Locate the file on your computer and select it.
4. After selecting the file, click “**Open**” and Outlook will automatically attach the file to your email.

### Sending your email

1. Add the recipients email address to the “**To**” field and any relevant information in the Subject or message
2. Once the email is completed, send it by clicking the “**Send**” button above the “**To**” field
