Learn how to enable OneDrive storage to sync files with Virtual Computer Labs.


1. From your Virtual Computer Labs session, at the top left of your browser window, click the **My Files** icon.
  
2. **My Files **><span style="color: #172b4d"> </span>**Add Storage **>** OneDrive**.
  
3. **Login accounts** > <span style="color: #444444">**@**</span><span style="color: #444444">**[calpoly.edu](http://calpoly.edu)**</span><span style="color: #444444">.</span>
  
4. Log in with your Cal Poly username (@calpoly.edu is optional) and password.
  *You will be prompted to **[authenticate with Duo](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/3178597)**.*
5. In the Permissions requested box, click the **Accept** button.

1. After your OneDrive account is added to Virtual Computer Labs, your OneDrive folder displays in My Files.


> ℹ️ **NOTE WORKING WITH MICROSOFT 365 Apps: **
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ - Microsoft 365 files (like Excel .xlsx) can be opened by double-clicking them in File Explorer or you can access the online Microsoft 365 apps using Firefox in the Virtual Computer Labs (VCL).
> ℹ️ - Microsoft 365 apps are not listed in the VCL Fleet Catalog Browser (except for Statistical Fleet) but are accessible.
