### Problem

"My Duo account is locked." or "I received an error message that says..."

### Solution

After four failed Duo account login attempts, your account will lock. Your account will automatically unlock after 33 minutes. If you need immediate assistance, contact the [ITS Service Desk](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/2425055).
