Campus phone and voicemail service is managed by ITS and facilitated by the university's [Telephone Coordinators](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/2425476). To set up a new campus phone and voicemail service, move desk phone locations, or make changes to service, contact your department's Telephone Coordinator. Standard telephone service is Softphone based. Hard IP phones are available upon request. Analog telephone service is available for specific use cases.
