Large-scale communications to students, staff, faculty and other campus groups is sent using an email application called [MustMail](https://mustmail.calpoly.edu/). It allows authorized users to create custom, HTML emails, get them approved, and send them to pre-authorized university email distribution lists.

### Quickstart

1. To get started using MustMail, submit the [Application Form](https://tech.calpoly.edu/mustmail-application).
2. If you would like to use an existing HTML email template or create your own template you must submit it to [it-policy@calpoly.edu](mailto:it-policy@calpoly.edu) for review.
