A Cal Poly account is issued to every new student, staff, faculty, and member of the Cal Poly community. It's the key to accessing university resources, like the [My Cal Poly Portal](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/2425359), [Email & Calendar](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/2425110), and [WiFi](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/1867055105), among others. Your Cal Poly username is the same as your email address and your password must meet [complex password requirements](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/2425396).

> ⚠️ - [change your password](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/2424940) annually.

## Quickstart

1. Go to the [My Cal Poly Portal](https://myportal.calpoly.edu/).
2. Enter your Cal Poly username and password.
3. Click the **Login** button.
