Log in to the [My Cal Poly Portal](https://myportal.calpoly.edu/) > **My Apps **> **Email & Calendar**. 2. Click on the** app launcher Microsoft 365**, then click on the **Install apps** drop-down and select **Microsoft 365 apps**. 3. Follow the steps to download and install your software.
