## How to Uninstall Fathom 

### Uninstall Fathom On MacOS 

**Step 1 - Delete Your Fathom Account: **

1. Visit Fathom’s website and log into your account.
2. Navigate to **Settings** and select **Delete Account.**



**Step 2 - Quit the Application: **

1. Make sure Fathom is not running.
2. Right-click the app in your dock and choose **Quit.**



**Step 3 - Unmount Fathom in Finder: **

1. Open **Finder**, locate **Fathom **under **Locations**, and select **Eject.**



**Step 4 - Force Quit from Activity Monitor: **

1. Open **Activity Monitor** from **Applications -> Utilities**
2. Search for **Fathom**, select it, and click **Force Quit.**



**Step 5- Move Fathom App to Trash: **

1. Drag the **Fathom icon** from **Applications **to the **Trash.**



**Step 6 - Empty the Trash: **

1. Right-click the **Trash** icon and select **Empty Trash** to complete the removal.

Uninstall Fathom On Windows 

**Step 1 - Delete Your Fathom Account: **

1. Visit Fathom’s website and **log into your account.**
2. Navigate to **Settings** and select **Delete Account**.



**Step 2 - Quit the Application: **

1. Ensure Fathom is not running in the **taskbar**.
2. Right-click the **Fathom icon** in your taskbar and choose **Close Window**.



**Step 3 - Uninstall Fathom: **

1. Go to **Settings -> Apps -> Installed Apps**.
2. Search for **Fathom**.
3. Click the **three dots** next to Fathom and select **Uninstall.**



## How to Uninstall Read.ai  

**Step 1 - Remove the Software: **

1. Uninstall Read.ai  the same way it was installed (e.g., drag to Trash or use Uninstaller)



**Step 2 - Log Into the Read.ai  Website: **

1. Visit the [Read.ai](http://Read.ai) website and **log into your account**.
2. Navigate to **App Integrations** and **disable all connections** (e.g., Zoom, calendar integrations).
3. Select **Delete Account** to ensure all data is removed.



**Step 3 - Check Your Zoom Account: **

Even after uninstalling, Read.ai  might still be active in your Zoom account.

1. Go to **Zoom -> Apps** and remove Read.ai  if it appears.



**Step 4 - Remove Chrome Extension (If Applicable): **

1. Open **Chrome**, go to **Settings -> Extensions**
2. Find Read.ai  and click **Remove.**



## How to Uninstall Fireflies.ai  

**Step 1 - Delete your Account:**

1. Go to the [Fireflies.ai](http://Fireflies.ai)  website and log into your account.
2. Navigate to **Account Settings** and choose **Delete Account**.



**Step 2 - Disable App Integrations:**

1. Disconnect all app integrations, such as calendar connections, to prevent any lingering access.
