If you have never logged into Zoom, activate your Cal Maritime Zoom account by logging in to [https://csum.zoom.us](https://csum.zoom.us) . 2. If the Zoom app is not already installed on your machine, download the desktop app and/or mobile app. 3. If needed, purchase a headset or earbuds. 4. Set your Zoom desktop app to automatically launch when you log on to your computer.  On macOS, right-click the Zoom app in the Dock, select Options > Open at Login.  On Windows, follow these [steps](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4404219165069-Enabling-Start-Zoom-when-I-start-Windows).   Steps You Can Take After Your Zoom Phone is Activated  1. Confirm your [emergency address](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360021062871-Setting-up-emergency-addresses) and set up a [personal emergency address](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360021062871-Setting-up-emergency-addresses) (if applicable). 3. Enable [location permission](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360052931771-Managing-emergency-location-and-addresses) on your Zoom app. 4. Set your voicemail PIN in the [Zoom web portal](https://csum.zoom.us/) and access additional Zoom Phone settings.
