1. Upload a photo of yourself via the <u>[CS Gold WebCard Center](https://cardcenter.calpoly.edu/student/photo_upload/photo_upload.php)</u>.
  - If you are unable to go to Campus to pick up your card, you can submit an <u>[ITS request ticket](https://tech.calpoly.edu/portal/2)</u>[ ](https://tech.calpoly.edu/portal/2)for assistance with your PolyCard.

This card provides access to various campus services, including the Sport Court, Computer Lab (24/7), Meal Plan (if purchased), printing services, and Library services.
