## Why Should My Cal Poly Department Sign Up for Core Fax (E-Fax)?

- To stop relying on a fax machine
- The entire team has access to the fax queue
- Simple fax sending with an address book
- Easily move faxes to SharePoint/file storage

## How to Request Core Fax (E-Fax):

1. Submit a [General Support Request](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/group/8/create/30). In the description, include the Cal Poly email addresses that you’d like to use for e-faxing, and your department’s fax number to be moved to Core Fax (E-Fax).
2. An ITS Client Services team member will contact you to assist with completing the service request.
