### **Download Completed Agreements**

Agreements cannot be migrated; they can only be downloaded locally. Please note that in the new Cal Poly instance, there is an automatic 90-day retention policy enabled. This means completed agreements will be stored for 90 days after the date of completion, then they will be automatically and permanently purged from Adobe Sign. ### **Migrating Templates**

Templates cannot be migrated; they will need to be rebuilt.

### **Migrating Workflows or PowerAutomate Flows**

These will need to be rebuilt with the assistance of ITS. Please submit a Support Center General Help Request for assistance.
