Simulation tours are available for visitors, prospective students, admissions groups, and official guests. To ensure availability and proper staffing, all tours must be scheduled in advance through our dedicated bookings form (link below).

Scheduling in advance allows us to coordinate space and assign staff or student assistants to support your visit.

> ℹ️ **Please note the following guidelines:**
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ - Food and beverages are not permitted in the simulator.
> ℹ️ - Equipment should not be touched unless instructed by staff or student assistants.
> ℹ️ - Group organizers are responsible for managing participants during the visit.

> ⚠️ Tours requested outside of regular business hours (evenings or weekends) may be subject to a chargeback. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential charges.
