### Problem

"I forgot my phone at home and can't authenticate with Duo."

### Solution

Call the [ITS Service Desk](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/2425055). An agent will give you a bypass code. You can log in using the code provided.

1. Enter that code into the space provided and click or tap **Verify** to log in to the application.
