> ⚠️ **IMPORTANT:** When you remove the EDA and Cal Poly email is reverted to Microsoft 365/Outlook delivery, any emails that were sent to the your EDA will not populate, or “resend” to the Outlook inbox.

1. Log in to the **My Cal Poly Portal > Personal Info tab**.
2. Under **My Info **> click** Email Address**.
3. Click the **Use Cal Poly Account **button.

> 📝 ***NOTE:**** It may take up to 30 minutes for your email address to update in all Cal Poly systems.*

4. **Send a test email to your Cal Poly email address** and confirm it's delivered to Outlook.
