Telephone coordinators may encounter the following error messages.

- **Blocked:** The phone at the dialed number is unplugged. Try an alternate contact method.
- **Congestion: **Circuits to the dialed number are busy. Wait a few minutes, then redial.
- **Inter-digit time out:** Too long of a delay between dialed digits. Hang up and redial the number.
- **Line locked:** The phone for the dialed number is off-hook. Try an alternate contact method.
- **Locked:** The user-initiated “Do Not Disturb” feature. Try an alternate contact method.

> ℹ️ - The extension number and location (building and room) of all lines affected.
> ℹ️ - The name and phone number of the primary contact person and secondary contact, if necessary.
> ℹ️ - Brief description of the problem (including the display message) and when it occurred.
