> ℹ️ - Microsoft 365 files (like Excel .xlsx) can be opened by double-clicking them in File Explorer or you can access the online Microsoft 365 apps using Firefox in the Virtual Computer Labs (VCL).
> ℹ️ - Microsoft 365 apps are not listed in the VCL Fleet Catalog Browser (except for Statistical Fleet) but are accessible.

There are two ways to move files in Virtual Computer Labs; either from My Files or by using File Explorer.

## My Files

From your Virtual Computer Labs session, at the top left of your browser window, click the **My Files** icon. You may need to [add OneDrive to Virtual Computer Labs](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/224690362).

## File Explorer

File Explorer is available in all [Virtual Computer Lab groups](https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/224690603). Right-click on any file or folder to copy it, then go to the new file or folder, and right-click and paste.
