## Problem

"I can't access a shared folder in OneDrive from a web browser."

## Solution

Try one of the following options to view the shared folder.

1. Go to [OneDrive](https://login.microsoftonline.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&whr=calpoly.edu&wreply=https%3A%2F%2Fcpslo-my.sharepoint.com) > **Shared**. Hover over the folder, click the radio button next to the folder, then click on the folder to open it.
2. Go to [OneDrive](https://login.microsoftonline.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&whr=calpoly.edu&wreply=https%3A%2F%2Fcpslo-my.sharepoint.com) > **Shared**. Click on the folder to open it, then click either the **My files** or **Our files** folder. You may need to toggle between the two.
3. Go to [OneDrive](https://login.microsoftonline.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&whr=calpoly.edu&wreply=https%3A%2F%2Fcpslo-my.sharepoint.com). At the bottom left of your browser window, click **Return to classic OneDrive**. *This option doesn't appear to work in Safari on Mac, so use Chrome or another browser.*
