Concierge tech support is available to faculty, staff and students through the ITS Service Desk. This includes basic troubleshooting, hardware and software support, and consultation regarding ITS services such as your Cal Poly Account, WiFi, software, and printing

Service Details




The Service Desk is located in Building 80. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., excluding holidays. Support is provided during academic breaks with the exception of the December campus closure.

Computer Purchases



ITS provides advice on the purchase of computers and computer-related products, and participates in campuswide negotiated pricing with Apple and Dell. Information on discounted hardware and software for personal purchase is also available.
