Concierge tech support is available to faculty, staff and students through the ITS Service Desk. This includes basic troubleshooting, hardware and software support, and consultation regarding ITS services such as your Cal Poly Account, WiFi, software, and printing.

The Service Desk is located in Building 80. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., excluding holidays. Support is provided during academic breaks with the exception of the December campus closure.
